Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the participation in the Affiliate Program ("Program") offered by [10TenGaming LLC.] ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering as an Affiliate, you agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement.

2. Eligibility and Acceptance

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
  
• Submit accurate and complete information upon registration.
  
• Operate a legal business in a jurisdiction that permits online casino sweepstakes promotions.
  

We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion without explanation.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

• You will promote our brand through approved channels using only authorized creative materials.
  
• You must not use misleading advertising, cookie stuffing, unauthorized PPC bidding, incentivized promotion, or impersonation.
  
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the legality and compliance of your promotional content.
  
• You may not target players in jurisdictions where our services are restricted.
  

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn commissions as outlined in their agreement (e.g., CPA, Revenue Share, or Hybrid).

• Revenue Share: A percentage of Net Gaming Revenue (NGR), calculated as:
  NGR = Deposits – Bonuses – Chargebacks – Admin Fees
  
• CPA: A one-time payment for each Qualified Player who meets all criteria.
  
• Hybrid: A combination of CPA and Revenue Share.
  

Commissions are subject to performance thresholds, player validity, and anti-fraud verifications.

5. Payment Terms

• Payments are made monthly, no later than the 15th of each month, for the previous month’s commissions.
  
• The minimum payout threshold is $500. Balances below this will roll over.
  
• Payments are made via wire transfer or PayPal.
  
• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
  

6. Fraud and Abuse

We have zero tolerance for fraud. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Self-referrals or fake registrations.
• Company employee or sister company employee referrals.
  
• Bonus abuse schemes.
  
• Use of unauthorized traffic sources (e.g., incentivized, brand-bidding).
  

We reserve the right to withhold payments, reverse commissions, or terminate your account if fraud is suspected.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.

Termination may occur immediately if:

• You breach any part of this Agreement.
  
• You engage in deceptive or harmful marketing practices.
  
• Your account remains inactive for more than 90 days.
  

Upon termination, you must cease all use of our materials and remove all affiliate links.

8. Confidentiality

You agree to keep all information related to our business, including conversion rates, strategy, and commissions, strictly confidential. This obligation survives termination.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the last  complete month of your account’s earned commissions .

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware to be checked with legal, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
